Synopsis
#include <flint/ca.h>Sets res to the argument (phase) of x in (-\pi, \pi], with \arg(0) = 0. If \operatorname{sgn}(x) is a root of unity e^{\pi i p/q}, the result is the rational multiple p \pi / q. For special values, \arg(c \infty) = \arg(c), \arg(\tilde \infty) is Undefined, and Undefined and Unknown map to themselves.
